For the past eleven years, Midnight Syndicate has been taking listeners on musical journeys into the darkest corners of their imagination with their soundtracks to imaginary films. Now they bring their music to the big screen with their soundtrack to Robert Kurtzman’s drive-in/late-night horror show thriller, The Rage, produced by Precinct 13 Entertainment. Both the film and the soundtrack were released on February 26th. “Edward Douglas and Midnight Syndicate have composed an exciting, unrelenting, pulse pounding, score that propels The Rage along at breakneck speed,” says director Robert Kurtzman. The CD promises menacing ambience and signature Midnight Syndicate dark soundscape mixed with high octane, pulse-pounding action and chase themes guaranteed to get your blood pumping. “Being the score to an actual film, however, The Rage CD is very different from our other Midnight Syndicate releases,” explains composer Edward Douglas. “The disc is much more atmospheric with big, dynamic movements that are following the action in what is a very intense and high energy horror film.”

Middle Pillar and Projekt proudly present the new Mirabilis album, Sub Rosa. It is the second album from Mirabilis, the collaborative neo-classical / heavenly voices duo of Summer Bowman (the Machine in the Garden) and Dru Allen (This Ascension), containing 16 tracks. . The new album mixes classical sensibilities with exotic electronics and acoustic instrumentation to compliment the vocal depth listeners are familiar with from their 2004 debut album, Pleiades. Dru and Summer continue to perform traditional pieces, but also expand into classics (Ella Fitzgerald and The Beatles) and world music sounds. The vocals are supported with a melancholic arrangement of flute, hammered dulcimer, and live percussion mixing Dru and Summer's multi-layered vocal stylings to invoke a range of emotional textures.

Anima Virus signed with Decadance Records for the forthcoming official debut album to be released in 2008. The Anima Virus project was born in 1996. The sound of the band is close to the late seventies post-punk tradition: early Christian Death, Cure, Bauhaus..
Currently the band enriched his sound with electronic nuances close to the latest Depeche Mode, Goldfrapp and to the electro-punk Californian scene like (Vanishing, Sixteens...)
The Italian Alternative band Latexxx Teens signed with Decadance Records to release their forthcoming debut official full-length, scheduled for fall of 2008. The plan was to start a dangerous & powerful industrial glam-punk band in the veins of Shotgun Messiah, Marilyn Manson, White Zombie, Sex Pistols, Murderdolls, Dead Boys, Vampire Love Dolls.

A Kiss Could Be Deadly
A Kiss Could Be Deadly's fusion of punk, new wave and electro has a chemistry all its own. Passing around a four track demo in late 2006, 2007 proved to be an eventful year. In addition to signing to Metropolis Records and beginning the recording of their debut album, the dance/punk quintet performed with the likes of Berlin, the English Beat, the Aquabats, I Am Ghost, the Plimsouls, When In Rome, and many others. 2008 will prove to be an even more productive for the band with their self-titled debut slated for release in March and an extensive tour to follow.
Mindless Self Indulgence
One of the most popular bands to sign with Metropolis in 2005 was Mindless Self Indulgence (MSI). Their music is a hybrid of Atari driven electronics with a venomous splash of ADD Punk Rock. In the vein of their cult classic records such as Frankenstein Girls Will Seem Strangely Sexy, MSI and Metropolis Records proudly released You'll Rebel to Anything. This newly remastered version contains tracks previously only found originally on the clean and vinyl versions, as well as two bonus tracks - including the previously unreleased live version of the fan favourite "Wack" (recorded at the bands legendary three night stand at NYC's Webster Hall), and "Make Me Cum" from the unreleased "Pink" album - and a live video for their classic song , "Molly."
Hanzel Und Gretyl
December 21, 2012. The Earth faced the greatest catastrophe the world has ever seen - total extinction. While most withdraw into huddled masses, many flock to Chichen Itza near Valladolid in Mexico for what would be the last über death fest, Oktotenfest 2012. The ballistic skull splitting industrial-metal performance of Hanzel Und Gretyl was accompanied by gallons of blood beer and shot after shot of deathschlager. Über chaos - Über celebration. During their performance, the Temple of Quetzalcoatl unearthed itself to reveal its true identity - a spaceship built for HuG to tour the solar system. The band and hoards of fans boarded the ship and began a tour of all the planets, finally ending on the sun. All but HuG were burnt up, for they are time travelling space gods bent on total cerebral domination. Many perished with the Earth because without the purchase of 2012: Zwanzig Zwölf, they were unable to attend the exodus and enter the 9th dimension to transcend the human form with steins und skulls forever.
The Oneness of Darkness.. .
Brought to life from the dark depths of Mr. OD, Oneness Darkness is more than just a band- they are a state of mind. Since the age of 13, Mr. OD has been manifesting his musical talents and is now ready to unveil them to the public. In songs like "Evilistika", with the use of creepy vocals shouted and then whispered over heavy hitting guitars, one can see the authenticity of this statement. While some may try to push them into the box of Marilyn Manson and the like, Oneness Darkness has an artless quality, leaving the listener feeling content, rather then bulldozed by artificiality. And with the EP "What Satan Worships" and a full length CD due out this year tentatively titled "Godth is Dead", it looks like the infiltration of Oneness Darkness will be hitting full force.

Romanian project Ad Ombra’s debut album, Rites Of Genesis, (equinox tremendum) offers a suite in 15 parts of Dramatic Orchestral art, rooted in the timeless fragrance of Classical music, adorned with Eastern lullabies, funeral dirges, monumental choirs and operatic female chants, theatrical soliloquies, industrial hues of a dark disturbing manner, all coagulated in order to depict the aesthetical testimonies of the project’s mastermind, George D. Stanciulescu. A spiral of emotions, thoughts, opalescent visions, essential recurrences, for Creation’s shrine that stands as a living mirror where everyone can reflect the(m)selves. Wasteful Consumption Patterns
Wasteful Consumption Patterns, or WCP for short, was founded in 1999 by DJ Korpserape. The music is an industrial, darkwave, rock sound compared vocally at times to Marilyn Manson (only scarier) and musically to no one else. Korpserape blends beats, patterns and synth sounds in a most unconventional way. Combine that with his unique effects laden voice and WCP becomes more of a sinister electronic force. yelworC has been a source of inspiration for many bands and is almost historical on the electro-industrial music scene. With the new album Icolation, YelworC continues the themes explored in his last album, Trinity. Drawing influence from Dante's Inferno, Icolation takes the listener on a journey of the damned, from darkest hell straight to an apocalyptic purgatory. The music is as hard, twisted and complex as before - a synthesis of strong, vital rhythms and darkest melodic compositions.

rides towards the ends of the universe... and back.
Although seduced by the alien-xenomorph angel's touch, the album has an earthly individuality after all.

A surprise underground success of the last year has been the evocative ghost ambient music of Tor Lundvall, his _Empty City_ album (2006)
attracting his widest and most enthusiastic attention to date.
Tor has lately been written up by magazines from Terrascope to Terrorizer, and his music has been heard nationally on NPR radio stations
on the "Echoes" and "Hearts of Space" radio programs.
While for many listeners _Empty City_ came as a first glimpse of Tor Lundvall's distinctive world, his unmistakable ambient soundscape
craft happens to stretch back a few years.
Following the buzz of _Empty City_, Tor Lundvall and Strange Fortune have decided to make available a special sampler CD that offers a
taste of some of Tor's most delicious tracks from his earlier years.
The new sampler CD is called Tor Lundvall's _The Seasons Unfold Sampler_, and it takes the listener on a journey through four seasons of
deep and hazy, reverb-loaded "ghost ambient" sonics.
Tor's next major release in the works is a deluxe box set to be entitled _The Seasons Unfold_ (release date TBA), that will present his
first four ambient solo albums together in one package for the first time.
While the Einstürzende Neubauten gang is releasing album after album and download after download via their Phase and Musterhaus series, a new commercial album should also be made available later this year.
It will be the first since 2004's Perpetuum Mobile album. Alles Wieder Offen out on October 19 will be released without the backing of a label.

Monica (Faith & The Muse) has been writing, recording and performing music in the Underground for over 20 years.
Her debut solo album, InfraWarrior, is the essence of "power from within": a personal view of primal energy and its release;
a cathartic mix of Monica Richards' spoken word, and classic rich, textural vocals, drenched in cinematic soundscapes and
world tribal/ritual rhythms.
This evocative project is at once hard-hitting and sensual, a revolutionary and seductive culmination evolving from over
twenty years as an independent artist. Songs range from neo-classical and world music to avant-garde melodies, with each song
telling its own story.
At times personal and at times filled with rage at un-addressed social issues, Monica is not afraid to speak her mind.

All of which are brought together with the phenomenal detail and balance of an accomplished electronic composer.
Songs that you think will explode leave you hanging with tension, while others erupt with violence out of nowhere.

The Allerseelen CD Hallstatt contains thirteen brand-new apocalyptic and passionate songs about love and death.
This release - musically situated somewhere in a terra incognita between folklore, krautrock, metal and industrial music - is
inspired by the beautiful Upper Austrian village Hallstatt which belongs to the world cultural heritage due to its amazing tomb
findings of the Hallstatt culture and the unique ossuary with the painted skulls.
The songs have lyrics and vocals by Gerhard Petak and R. N. Taylor from Changes. The voice of R.N. Taylor was recorded and engineered
by Bob Ferbrache at Studio Absintheia. All recordings were digitally re-mastered by M. Presch.
All lyrics and texts were translated by Simon Collins (Zero Tolerance) and Gerhard Petak.
Apoptose's third, Schattenmädchen, album explores dystopian locations: the undergrounds of Japanese megacities,
the depths of worldwide data highways, the nightmares of little children.
The seven tracks express images of a desolate and dying world, far removed from the solitude of the beloved Northern woods.
Over the years, several of these tracks made their way to compilation CDs all over the world.
There they laid dormant to be reunited some day to form this album.
In autumn 2006, Apoptose joined forces with Japanese cyberpunk author Kenji Siratori to complete the cycle.
On this album, Apoptose works for the first time with spoken word lyrics. Featured languages are Japanese, English, and German.
The tracks previously on compilations have been polished/remixed/rerecorded and renamed especially for the unique listening experience
of Schattenmädchen. The CD is housed in an embossed 6-panel cardboard cover with an additional booklet.

Stormfågel have produced a stunning follower to their charming debut album from 2005.
Stormfågel, Swedish born Andreas Neidhardt and Hungarian vocalist Eva Mag, are back to bless us with a
surprisingly phenomenal new work.
The music combines ethnic sounding neofolk compositions sung in Hungarian by Eva,
with martial tinged orchestral selections sung by Andreas and Eva together, and their new album,
Ett Berg Av Fasa, impregnates with a beautiful blend of their very special mixture of Swedish /
Hungarian martial neofolk orchestrations.
The strong and confident voice of Eva Mag sings across the music, in Swedish and in Hungarian as
traditional chants, which works extraordinary well with the dark romantic orchestral strings and
ritualistic martial drummings, the violins, the bells, keyfiddle and woodwinds.
The album is mastered by Jouni Havukainen (In Slaughter Natives) and again presented in a nice digipak.

It is a creature born out of Morgan Bellini's genius, and partially differs from the band's acclaimed & praised debut ep.
The music could still be described as heavy post-rock.
La Stanza Di Swedenborg can easily be seen as a brand new interpretation of sturm und drang in music and a neverending game where opposites attract and interact.
Frustration is caused by a monotone and degraded urban life versus an ideal natural world. A way to stimulate the perception of metaphysical sublime.

The powerful debut of the Canadian noise project Division One is harsher and more bombastic than Harlow MacFarlane's now defunct
project Funerary Call. A true onslaught of black ambient, power noise and death industrial.
Following the awe-inspiring debut Let Us Lead, Puissance would return a couple of years later to unleash Back In Control, a cynical
tribute to human evolution and how such evolution inevitably seems to dictate the end of the World and mankind's own extinction.
The impending man-made apocalypse which Söderlund obsessively narrates is superbly illustrated by epic martial compositions,
to which the pace is set by loud marching drums and Industrial percussion.
A compelling work of art, that would bring Industrial music to a new climax thanks to the glorious Neo-Classical arrangements that
Puissance have developed for the album.
Originally issued via Cold Meat Industry in a 2000 copies limited edition, this rare classic is now finally made available again
through Equilibrium Music, who have also recently re-issued the band's debut Let Us Lead. Back In Control has been re-mastered and
enhanced with one bonus track, presented in a deluxe digipak edition with embossed cover.
The 3rd album in Ego Likeness' long career, The Order Of The Reptile is by far their most cohesive and successful work to date.

Fear Falls Burning
This is a set of 28 minutes of new music by Fear Falls Burning for the Italian A Silent Place label. Per side Fear Falls Burning explores,
as the title would suggest, the darker and nihilistic regions of his drone music.
Minimal repetitive motives which slowly evolve and expand over the 14 minutes per side into 2 unsettling harmonies of minor and solitude.

woods and the people living there.
The songstyles vary from powerful Martial-Folk hymns, over fragile Folk-balads, to weird songs about strange people and creepy animals.
Several great artists supported Sturmpercht in the making of this album: first of all Axel from Werkraum, who is a basic
Sturmpercht-member since quite a while known It's Axels perfect guitar- and flute playing and his skillful hands in mixing,

Better known as Volum and as one half of angry robots Volsoc (his musical partnership with Justin Maxwell),
Jean-Paul Bondy's output to date has often been categorised as electro.
Since the early 90s Bondy has been bringing us his vision of a cartoon future of blips, bleeps, squeaks and tweaks,
all fed through your speakers and straight into your brain by a rhythmic salvo of breakbeats, bass, and straight-up, glitched-up funk.
Bondy's first solo album, The Path Of Most Resistors marks the culmination of this effort to date, while at the same time representing
a subtle departure - not just for Bondy, but for Compost too.
Make no mistake; this is a record that is grounded in the kind of solid, machine funk grooves, synthetic melodies and sci-fi atmospheres
that the best electro has always brought us. Of course, Bondy has lots more talented friends and he wants you to be jealous,
so UK electro legend Carl Finlow lends his characteristically fragile tones to current single Cold Reformer
(already remixed by John Tejada, Product.01, Ruxpin, Weedjs, Bass Kittens and Evader).
Forthcoming single Something Is Not Right features the warehouse party politics of Blood of Abraham and is set to come with
remixes from none other than Si Begg and Robag Wruhme.
And former robot companion Justin Maxwell is back to have his bits crushed on Dry Humper.

easily discernable vocals, and techno music elements make the EP serve as a worthy teaser for the new album.

In strict Confidence
Two years after the release of Holy, In Strict Confidence have returned with another album complete
with stunning artwork. Exile Paradise is possibly the band's most progressive work to date.
Pop sensibilities are mixed with industrial electronics, which allude to a rock-like feel, even though
it is not what most would categorize as rock.
For Exile Paradise the band has changed up their musical style ever so slightly.
Female vocals are given a more prominent place in the mix along side of lead singer Dennis Osterman's,
who has opted for a more natural sound. Even many of the instruments display less processing than with
Front Line Assembly
Bill Leeb, Rhys Fulber, and Chris Peterson have joined ranks once again to create a new Front Line Assembly release.
The trio, with new member Jeremy Inkel, began work on Artificial Soldier in early 2005.
The newly re-formed line-up managed to create a release that no only lives up to the expectations of
Front Line Assembly fans, but surpasses them. Heavy pounding beats, atmospheric strings, percolating melodies,
dynamic synths and Bill Leeb's trademark vocals couldn't be fused together any tighter if you tried to do it at an atomic level.
As if all of those factors weren't enough, two guest vocalists appear on Artificial Soldier -
Eskil Simonsson from Covenant (on The Storm) and Jean-Luc De Meyer from Front 242 (on Future Fail).

Crunchy, harsh, trance, rhythmic, noise, acidic, violent, and unavoidable are all words that have been used to describe
the music of Terrorfakt. The New York City based artist has been grafting infectious and innovative power noise trance since 2001.
Their corrosive music has re-invented and infused the noise and trance genres of electronic music with fresh ideas and influences.

Dive vs. Diskonnekted is a clash of generations, a clash of sounds. Fascinated by the intricate production
skill and strong electronic arrangements by the young and talented Belgian artist Jan Dewulf (Diskonnekted),

8-track Frozen EP giving a modern twist to dark and distorted tracks haunted by Dirk Ivens' cold and shivering vocals.
